SIZING & FIT
Our standard production runs are split across S-XL to ensure broad fit coverage.
Default size distribution is:
10%: S (6 ¾ - 6 ⅞)
30%: M (7 - 7 ⅛)
40%: L (7 ¼–7 ⅜)
20%: XL (7 ½–7 ⅝)
We can skew towards larger or smaller if needed. If you’re unsure how to split you order, we can recommend a distribution based on your audience.
Need exact numeric sizing? We can produce specific hat sizes upon request.
PRICING
The more hats ya order the cheaper it gets:
5-19: $200 per unit
20-49: $175 per unit
50-99: $150 per unit
100+: $125 per unit
